Our computer “Fixers” will ensure you’re issue is understood and then fixed, it’s as simple as that. Our services are priced fairly and we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with all of your IT concerns resolved We’re very aware of how big an impact our service provided counts and we aim to exceed all expectations. Given the outsourced nature of our service, we ensure when meeting new clients, we are mindful and courteous when entering your home or business and make every effort to develop trust from the start.

Terms and Conditions

Onsite Support

Home Users (Incl VAT)
Onsite Support – £75.00 per hour, plus a call-out dependant on and first hour of support – Weekdays 9am – 5:30pm. 

For each subsequent half hour or part thereof – £37.50.

After hours, unsociable or OOH charges are increased by 50% weekdays after 17:30 & Saturdays.  Double hourly rates apply on a Sunday.

Business Users (Excl VAT)

Onsite Support – £85.00 per hour, excluding call-out and first hour of support – Weekdays 9am – 5:30pm, 

For each subsequent half hour or part thereof £x42.50

After hours, unsociable or OOH charges are increased by 50% weekdays after 17:30 & Saturdays.  Double hourly rates apply on a Sunday.

 The Customer shall remain at the Customer’s home or premises while LONDON PC FIX employees are in attendance.   

Remote Support

Home Users:
For the first hour, weekdays 9am – 5:30pm, £75.00

For each subsequent half hour or part thereof, weekdays 9am – 5:30pm, £37.50.

After hours, unsociable or OOH charges are increased by 50% weekdays after 17:30 & Saturdays.  Double hourly rates apply on a Sunday.

Email support outside of these support hours will be charged in increments of 6 minutes or 1/10th of the hourly support costs as above.

Business Users:
For the first hour, weekdays 9am – 5:30pm, £x75.00
For each subsequent half hour or part thereof, weekdays 9am – 5:30pm, £x37.50.

After hours, unsociable or OOH charges are increased by 50% weekdays after 17:30 & Saturdays.  Double hourly rates apply on a Sunday.

Email support outside of these support hours will be charged in increments of 6 minutes or 1/10th of the hourly support costs as above.

 
WIFI Surveys
 
We offer an onsite survey which is chargeable but redeemable against your final invoice, the surveys starts from £125.00 , dependant on size of property and this is redeemable against your final invoice.
 
 
Other
 

An IT audit is available by request, highlighting any areas of concern and potential for network and system performance improvements.  These are without charge if proceeding with service or charged at our standard rates. 

Please note all rental equipment not returned to us within the agreed loan period will incur ongoing charges with a surcharge rate of 15% calculated daily.  For any machines not collected from our representatives, a weekly charge of between £6-12 per week is applicable. 

Any uncollected equipment left at our offices in excess of 2 weeks will incur a charge based on the value of the item, starting from £7 per week for the liability held whilst awaiting collection.
