    Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

    The following terms apply to all services provided by London PC Fix. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

    Appointments & Cancellations

    • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
    • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

    Payments

    • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
    • Late payments may incur additional charges.
    • Work may be paused until outstanding balances are cleared.

    Services

    • We provide IT support, repairs, network setup, and managed services.
    • All work is carried out on a best-effort basis.
    • Not all issues can be guaranteed to be fully resolved.

    Repairs & Warranty

    • Repairs may reveal additional faults.
    • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.
    • A 30-day warranty applies to labour and supplied parts.
    • Warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, or unrelated faults.

    Data Responsibility

    • You are responsible for backing up your data before any work.
    • We are not liable for data loss unless caused by negligence.
    • Data recovery is not guaranteed.

    Remote Support

    • By accepting remote support, you authorise secure access to your system.
    • Performance depends on your internet connection and third-party tools.

    Managed Services

    • Ongoing services (e.g. backup, monitoring) are provided on a reasonable efforts basis.
    • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete prevention of cyber threats.

    Equipment Collection & Storage

    • Equipment should be collected promptly after completion.
    • After 7 days, storage fees apply at £10 per week.

    Liability

    • We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g. loss of business or income).
    • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

    General

    • Clients must provide accurate information and a safe working environment.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work in cases of non-payment, unsafe conditions, or misuse.

    Legal

    • Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
