    When businesses typically need support

Business IT support is often needed when there is no internal IT team and technical issues start affecting productivity.

    • Staff losing time to recurring IT issues
    • Microsoft 365 problems affecting day-to-day work
    • Wi-Fi or network issues in the office
    • New starters needing device or account setup
    • General IT issues needing fast response

Not sure which support option is right?

If your business needs help regularly, a managed IT support plan is often better value than repeated one-off visits.

Business IT support vs managed IT support

Business IT support covers day-to-day help when issues arise. Managed IT support adds ongoing monthly support, broader oversight, and a more proactive support model.

    Business IT Support

    • Reactive and day-to-day help
    • On-site and remote support
    • Suitable for one-off or occasional needs

    Managed IT SupportRecommended

    • Ongoing monthly support
    • Better for regular support needs
    • Adds stronger continuity, oversight, and predictable support

If your business relies on regular support, managed IT support is usually the better long-term option.

    Fair usage explained

Our managed support plans are designed to cover normal day-to-day IT support, monitoring and administration for small businesses.

Essential is intended for lighter support needs and includes up to 30 minutes of remote support per user per month. If support needs regularly exceed this, additional time may be charged separately or we may recommend moving to Business.

Business provides broader support coverage and priority handling, making it more suitable for businesses that need more regular assistance, Microsoft 365 administration, vendor liaison, security guidance and general IT management.

Project work, major migrations, new infrastructure, out-of-hours support, or substantial on-site work may be quoted separately unless specifically agreed within the plan.
