Do you repair both laptops and desktop PCs?
Yes. London PC Fix provides troubleshooting and repair support for both laptops and desktop computers.
Can laptop problems be fixed remotely?
Many Windows, software, email, configuration and performance issues can be resolved remotely without a visit. Hardware faults — such as overheating, charging problems or screen issues — normally require the laptop to be physically inspected.
Can you recover my files if my laptop won't start?
Often, a laptop that will not boot can still contain recoverable data. The files may be intact even when Windows itself is not working. See our Data Recovery London service for more information.
Can you upgrade an old laptop?
Some laptops benefit considerably from an SSD or storage upgrade. Compatibility depends on the model — some newer laptops have components that are not easily replaced. We will check before proceeding.
Should I repair or replace my laptop?
That depends on the laptop's age, specification, the nature of the fault and the likely repair cost. London PC Fix will give you practical advice rather than recommend repair work that does not make financial sense.
